Shoganai is an attitude of the spirit when facing the facts of life: it is what cannot be avoided. It is an invitation to the serene acceptance of reality, an incentive not to give in to difficulties, to look ahead.
If man has always nourished a “torment”, an”anguish” linked to the ascertainment of the inevitable and the transference of life, through photography the man tries to emerge from this transience of the human condition.
This project aims to capture the moment in the attempt to surpass it and cover it with an eternal quality, overcoming the limits of physical mortality. It encourages us to move forward in life without remaining tied to past experiences and letting go of our need for control by accepting the unexpected, the accident, the obstacle.
“Teach me to let go of what I have cultivated with love. Teach me to accept what scares me. “
